這一站，質(zhì)量服務(wù)小隊(duì)來到了四川省巴中市，客戶黃總于今年剛剛購入了一臺(tái)HWL90-6輪式挖掘機(jī)，現(xiàn)已工作了172小時(shí)。

On this stop, the Quality Service Team has arrived in Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. Customer Mr. Huang recently purchased an HWL90-6 wheeled excavator earlier this year, and it has now been in operation for 172 hours.

售后工程師為客戶機(jī)器主要檢查了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油、皮帶、有無滲油、回轉(zhuǎn)馬達(dá)及其齒輪油、四輪一帶有無磨損、大小臂及其油缸是否損壞、設(shè)備參數(shù)是否正常等。巡檢過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時(shí)拍照記錄，并及時(shí)與客戶確認(rèn)，巡檢之后將問題及時(shí)反饋給客戶，指導(dǎo)客戶怎樣高效率、低成本運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)備。

The after-sales engineer conducted a primary inspection of the customer's machine, focusing on the engine oil, belts, any signs of leakage, the swing motor and its gear oil, the condition of the four wheels, and whether there was any wear and tear on the boom and its hydraulic cylinders, as well as checking the equipment parameters for normalcy. During the inspection, any issues discovered were documented with photographs, and the customer was promptly informed. After the inspection, the issues were reported back to the customer in a timely manner, along with guidance on how to operate the equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
