日月其邁，歲律更新，奮斗不曾停歇。

Time flies and another new year is coming, yet we have never stopped striving.

2023年是全面貫徹落實黨的二十大精神的開局之年，柳工迎來了創(chuàng)建65周年和上市30周年的重要時刻。面對國內工程機械行業(yè)深度下滑的挑戰(zhàn)和疫情后經濟逐漸復蘇的機遇，公司采取了積極變革和主動應對策略，深入實施“全面解決方案、全面智能化、全面國際化”戰(zhàn)略，推動各項業(yè)務穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，取得了良好業(yè)績。

The year 2023 marked LiuGong’s 65th anniversary and the milestone of 30 years since it went public. In the face of challenges posed by a sharp decline in the domestic market and emerging opportunities following the epidemic, we embraced positive changes and implemented a strategy of "Comprehensive Solutions, Comprehensive Intelligence, and Comprehensive Globalization" to drive steady growth across our various businesses and achieved a good result.

值此辭舊迎新之際，我謹代表公司黨委和管理層，向一年來團結奮進的全體員工及家屬，向長期駐守一線的營銷和服務將士，向長期關心和支持柳工發(fā)展的各級領導、廣大客戶、合作伙伴及社會各界，表示最衷心的感謝，并致以最美好的新年祝福！

As the new year is coming, on behalf of the top management team, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the employees and their families who have worked hard over the past year. I also want to extend my gratitude to our marketing and service staff who have worked tirelessly at the forefront of our markets, as well as all the managers, customers, partners, and friends who have always shown care and support for LiuGong's development. Wishing you all a fantastic New Year!

In 2023, we insisted on striving for excellence and achieved a new level of high-quality development.

奮斗是柳工的文化基因。65年來，我們始終堅持艱苦奮斗、長期奮斗、卓越奮斗，取得了行業(yè)矚目的成就。在上級部門的領導下，我們持續(xù)深化混合所有制改革，推動企業(yè)高質量發(fā)展。挖掘機、高空作業(yè)平臺等產品線大幅跑贏行業(yè)，國四產品行業(yè)領先。海外收入首次突破百億，成為公司主要利潤貢獻來源。

Striving is our cultural DNA. For 65 years, we have been insisting on hard working, long-term endeavors, and achieved remarkable success in the industry. Under the leadership of management team, we continued to promote our diversified corporate governance and achieved substantial progress. LiuGong excavators and aerial work platform significantly outperformed the industry, while our National Stage IV products are leading the industry. With more than 10 billion RMB in revenue for the first time, our overseas business has become a major contributor to LiuGong's profits.

2023年，我們正式發(fā)布柳工新文化和新品牌理念，以“三全”戰(zhàn)略為核心，持續(xù)推進研發(fā)、制造、供應鏈、公司治理等十二項變革。在上市30周年之際，成功發(fā)行30億可轉債，實施股票期權激勵方案，建立健全長效激勵約束機制。加速推進智能制造，打造柳工LPS系統(tǒng)，柳工智能國際工業(yè)園挖掘機智慧工廠建成投產，中源液壓新工廠完成建設。裝載機智能工廠榮獲2023年度第二屆中國標桿智能工廠。

In 2023, we officially launched new versions of LiugGong culture and brand concept. With the "Three Comprehensives" strategy, we kept pushing forward with 12 changes in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate governance. On the occasion of our 30th public listed anniversary, we successfully issued 3 billion RMB convertible bonds, implemented the stock option incentive scheme, and establisheda sound long-term incentive and restraint mechanism. We accelerated intelligent manufacturing and keeps building LPS system. Excavator intelligent factory in LiuGong Intelligent International Industrial Park was finished and put into production. The construction of Zhongyuan Hydraulic new factory was completed. What’s more, our wheel loader intelligent factory was awarded as China’s 2nd batch of “Bench-marking Intelligent Factory” in 2023.

In 2023, we insisted on customer-foremost to continually improve our market competitiveness and brand influence.

客戶是價值創(chuàng)造的原點。在國內需求巨幅下降的市場環(huán)境下，我們積極實施渠道變革、行業(yè)客戶轉型，投資建設行業(yè)領先的7S店、積極推廣電動化智能化產品，實現(xiàn)了國內工程機械產品整體跑贏行業(yè)。

Customers are the origin of our value creation. Despite the huge decline in domestic market, we still actively implemented channel reform and industrial customers’ transformation. We invested in industry-leading 7S stores to actively promote electrified and intelligent products. With all the efforts, our CE products put us in an even stronger position in the industry.

我們持續(xù)深化全面國際化戰(zhàn)略，先后在澳大利亞等海外重點市場成立子公司，歐美成熟市場和新興市場營銷收入實現(xiàn)大幅增長，國際后市場業(yè)務逐漸提升，推動海外業(yè)務持續(xù)高質量發(fā)展。2023年，基本實現(xiàn)國內國際業(yè)務均衡發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略新格局。

We deepened the comprehensive globalization strategy and set up subsidiaries in Australia and other key countries. We achieved substantial growth from mature markets in Europe and US, as well as emerging markets. Our after-market business is gradually improving, driving the sustained high-quality development of overseas operations.In 2023, we basically realized a new strategic pattern of balanced development for both domestic and overseas business.

通過參加國內國際大型行業(yè)展會，舉辦柳工5.28、11.26全球客戶節(jié)，展示了柳工大型設備、電動化、智能化、數(shù)字化等新產品、新技術和全面解決方案，提升了柳工品牌全球影響力。

By participating in large domestic and international industry exhibitions, hosting the LiuGong Global Customer Festivals on May 28th and November 26th, we showcased large-scale equipment, as well as new products, technologies, and comprehensive solutions for electrification, digitalization and intelligence. This has greatly enhanced the global influence of the LiuGong brand.

這一年，我們堅持創(chuàng)新驅動，綠色智能化成果不斷涌現(xiàn)。

In 2023, we insisted on innovation driving and achieving impressive results in zero-emission and intelligence technology field.

創(chuàng)新是柳工進步的靈魂。我們成立了元象公司，拓展國內外研發(fā)中心，加大研發(fā)創(chuàng)新投入，持續(xù)提升對海外業(yè)務、戰(zhàn)略新興業(yè)務的支持力度。

Innovation is the soul of LiuGong’s progress. We established Yuanxiang Technology Company, expanded domestic and overseas R&D centers, increased investment in R&D and innovation, and continued to enhance support for overseas business and strategic emerging business.

全年發(fā)布新產品100多項，推出大型礦用裝載機、挖掘機混合動力新產品，電動產品快速系列化，全球首發(fā)無人駕駛純電動裝載機，持續(xù)拓展智慧礦山、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網等解決方案，多款零部件產品達到國際領先水平。牽頭制訂多項土石方機械電動化標準，引領行業(yè)電動技術規(guī)范發(fā)展。

In 2013, we launched over 100 new products and introduced hybrid options for large mining loaders and excavators. We quickly developed electric models and unveiled the world's first unmanned pure electric loader. Additionally, we expanded our offerings in smart mining and smart industrial internet solutions. Many spare parts and components we produce reached the international leading level. We took the lead in formulating multiple standards for electrification of earth-moving machinery, leading the development of electric technology specifications in the industry.

我們積極倡導綠色制造和綠色產品。“柳工產品及生產過程碳中和碳節(jié)約應用”案例榮獲國務院國資委2022年度碳達峰碳中和行動典型案例一等獎，液壓工廠榮獲國家級“綠色工廠”，柳工歐維姆入選“創(chuàng)建世界一流專精特新示范企業(yè)”。

We actively advocate green manufacturing and green products. A case of "Carbon Neutral and Carbon Saving Application of LiuGong's Products and Production Processes" won the top prize of 2022 Carbon Peak Carbon Neutral Action Typical Cases from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. And our Hydraulic Factory was recognized as a national "Green Factory". LiuGong OVM was made it into the list of "Professional Excellence and Innovation Enterprises" on National level.

合作創(chuàng)造價值是柳工的核心價值觀。我們與清華大學、浙江大學等高校推進“產、學、研、用”全面創(chuàng)新合作，與國內國際行業(yè)客戶共同推進智能化、綠色化等全面解決方案，與德國采埃孚簽署產品技術許可協(xié)議，牽手佛朗斯打造經營性租賃新模式。在柳工創(chuàng)建65周年之際，我們回顧了與廣大客戶、代理商和供應商等相關方長期戰(zhàn)略合作、互利共贏的豐碩成果。

Creating value through cooperation is our core value. We promoted the comprehensive innovation in production, learning, research and application, with Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and other top universities. We promoted the comprehensive solutions of intelligent and zero-emission with domestic and overseas industrial customers. We have signed the product technology license agreement with ZF Germany, and partnered with Folangsi to create a new business leasing model. At this special year, we reviewed the fruitful results from our long-term strategic cooperation with customers, dealers and suppliers.

通過柳工大學各層級的培養(yǎng)項目，我們持續(xù)強化員工的專業(yè)能力和經理人員的領導力；開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽、舉辦全球技能比武大賽、建設國際技能工匠學院等，打造可持續(xù)發(fā)展的國際化人才隊伍。

Through various training programs at LiuGong University, we continuously enhance the professional capabilities of our employees and the leadership skills of our managers. We organize innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, host global skills competitions, and establish an International Skills Artisan Academy to cultivate a sustainable international talent pool.

我們持續(xù)支持南極科考，贊助中國首屆學青會，持續(xù)推進三江縣五個村的鄉(xiāng)村振興事業(yè)，用實際行動彰顯柳工的社會責任與擔當。

We continue to support Antarctic scientific research, sponsor the first China Youth Association Conference, and promote rural revitalization in five villages in Sanjiang County. Through practical actions, we demonstrate LiuGong's social responsibility and commitment.

回首六十五載激情歲月，初心不改；展望百年基業(yè)長青，矢志前行！

2024年，我們將以實現(xiàn)“十四五”戰(zhàn)略目標為核心，以“三全”戰(zhàn)略為方向，圍繞國內營銷變革、國際市場開拓、新產品新技術創(chuàng)新、智能制造提升、組織和人力資源變革等，奮力實現(xiàn)2024年公司業(yè)績的全面提升。

In 2024, in line with the 14th Five-Year Plan strategic objectives and the direction of "Three Comprehensives" strategy, we will work towards achieving comprehensive performance improvement by focusing on domestic marketing reforms, overseas market development, new products and technologies innovations, intelligent manufacturing improvement, organization and human resources adjustments.
