為總結(jié)2023年度工作經(jīng)驗，部署2024年度戰(zhàn)略，明確工作重點和目標(biāo)，對集團的未來發(fā)展舉旗定向、謀篇布局，扎實推進集團高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。集團于2023年12月29日召開恒旺集團2023年度總結(jié)暨2024年度計劃會議。

01 規(guī)劃新征程 開啟新篇章

集團董事長劉明濤、集團副總劉小偉、徐剛等公司中高層班子成員及員工代表參加此次年終會議，會議由集團副總劉小偉主持。

會議伊始，集團副總劉小偉對2023年公司整體的經(jīng)營與生產(chǎn)情況進行總結(jié)匯報。匯報指出2023年企業(yè)整年堅持穩(wěn)中求進的總基調(diào)，堅持“走出去”的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方針，穩(wěn)扎穩(wěn)打提升，內(nèi)貿(mào)部人均銷售收入同增長46%，外貿(mào)部銷售額同比去年增長50%以上，取得顯著提升，2023年完美收官。2024集團將迎來二次創(chuàng)業(yè)，伴隨新廠區(qū)建設(shè)，恒旺將邁向更高的新臺階。

The report pointed out that throughout 2023, the company adhered to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, adhered to the development policy of "going global," and achieved significant improvements. The average sales revenue per person in the Domestic Trade Department increased by 46%, and the sales of the Foreign Trade Department increased by over 50% compared to the previous year, achieving a perfect conclusion for 2023. With the construction of the new factory area, 2024 will usher in a new era of entrepreneurship for Hengwang, propelling it to higher levels of success.

恒旺集團董事長劉明濤認(rèn)真聽取了各部門管理人員的發(fā)言，并針對各項目營銷情況逐一進行評價，首先肯定了大家在過去一年里面對艱難的客觀形勢，堅守初心、攻堅克難，取得成績，充分體現(xiàn)了恒旺人堅毅果敢的精神品質(zhì)，隨后，結(jié)合各項目內(nèi)部的情況，為2024年全年進行戰(zhàn)略性部署，提出同心共創(chuàng)20億的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。針對2024年要以堅定的信心、創(chuàng)新的舉措、堅韌的毅力，攻堅克難，奮進擔(dān)當(dāng)，以實干交出“成功答卷”。
