Shandong Hengwang Group was founded in 2011 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and is located in Jining, Shandong, a cultural city known as the capital of the Grand Canal and the hometown of Confucius and Mencius. After more than a decade of development, it has become a national high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, international trade, e-commerce, and logistics transportation. Hengwang continuously develops various new and practical mechanical equipment. The main products include excavators, bulldozers, drilling machinery, new energy photovoltaic pile drivers, road rollers, tracked carriers, and more, covering more than 40 categories. The factory occupies an area of over 100,000 square meters, with more than 1,000 employees.

HWF130水平定向鉆機(jī)主要由鉆機(jī)主機(jī)、泥漿系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)和輔助系統(tǒng)等部分組成。鉆機(jī)主機(jī)是水平定向鉆機(jī)的核心部分,它包括鉆頭、導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)和驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)等。鉆頭是用于在地下進(jìn)行鉆進(jìn)的工具，導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)則用于控制鉆頭的方向，驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)用于提供動(dòng)力。

The HWF130 Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig consists of the main drilling rig, mud system, control system, and auxiliary system. The main drilling rig is the core component of the horizontal directional drilling rig, including the drill bit, guidance system, and drive system. The drill bit is the tool for underground drilling, the guidance system controls the direction of the drill bit, and the drive system provides power.

泥漿系統(tǒng)是水平定向鉆機(jī)的重要組成部分,它包括泥漿泵、泥漿攪拌器、泥漿管等。泥漿泵用于將泥漿通過泥漿管輸送到鉆頭處,以起到潤(rùn)滑和冷卻的作用。泥漿攪拌器用于將泥漿混合均勻，以確保鉆進(jìn)過程中的順暢。

The mud system is an important part of the horizontal directional drilling rig, including a mud pump, mud mixer, and mud pipes. The mud pump transports the mud to the drill bit through the mud pipes to lubricate and cool the drill bit. The mud mixer ensures that the mud is evenly mixed, facilitating a smooth drilling process.
