月2日，柳工向剛果金一家當?shù)厮喙S交付了7臺設備，包括3臺936E挖掘機和4臺856H裝載機。這批設備延續(xù)了柳工高品質(zhì)、強適應性和安全可靠等優(yōu)勢，經(jīng)過一個月使用，大大提高了工廠產(chǎn)能，贏得了客戶高度認可。

On June 2, LiuGong delivered seven units of equipment to a local cement plant in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including three 936E excavators and four 856H loaders. These machines, known for their high quality, strong adaptability, and safety, significantly boosted the plant's productivity within a month of operation and received high praise from the customer.

856H裝載機采用了“肌肉感”十足的全新外觀設計，并搭載了柳工自主研發(fā)的全自動控制系統(tǒng)和定變量液壓系統(tǒng)。作業(yè)時，該系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)負載需求自動調(diào)節(jié)流量，有效避免溢流功率損失，在降低操作強度的同時保障了高效節(jié)能。此外，該機型還采用了加強型干式橋和前車架，確保在重型工況作業(yè)中具備更強的承載能力和更高的可靠性。

856H wheel loader features a new, robust design and is equipped with LiuGong's independently developed automatic control system and fixed variable hydraulic system. During operation, this system adjusts the flow rate according to load requirements, effectively avoiding overflow power loss and ensuring high efficiency and energy savings while reducing operator workload. Additionally, this model uses reinforced dry axle and front frames, ensuring greater load-bearing capacity and higher reliability in heavy-duty conditions.

856H wheel loader optimizes engine characteristics based on load spectrum and employs "tuned engine curve" technology to enhance power performance. It also features an industry-leading diesel engine transmission damping device, reducing cab vibration by 40%. This ensures smooth and stable machine operation even under full load conditions.

在設備抵達的第二天，柳工駐剛果金服務團隊便前往客戶項目所在地，在短短兩天時間完成7臺設備的組裝，并對設備進行調(diào)試，使設備處于最佳工作狀態(tài)。隨后，柳工服務團隊還對客戶的維修團隊和操作人員進行詳細培訓。

The day after the equipment arrived, LiuGong's service team in the Democratic Republic of Congo visited the customer's project site. They completed the assembly of all seven machines within two days and fine-tuned them to ensure optimal working conditions. Subsequently, the LiuGong service team provided detailed training for the customer's maintenance team and operators.
